Setup & workspace

The Getting Started section walks you through creating your account, naming your workspace, and configuring essential settings like timezone and notifications. If you're new to WorkWiz, this is the best place to begin.

Task & project management

Learn how to structure your work using Projects and Tasks. Topics cover creating and organizing projects, setting priorities and statuses, assigning tasks to team members, and using the Planner view to see what's due and when.

Client & proposal workflows

The Clients section covers WorkWiz's built-in CRM — adding contacts, linking projects to clients, and tracking communication history. The Proposals section shows you how to build and send professional proposals and monitor when they're opened.

AI Co-pilot

WorkWiz includes an AI assistant that can help you plan your week, break down large goals into actionable tasks, draft proposal copy, and summarize project progress. The AI Co-pilot section explains how to get the most from it.
