Get up and running in minutes
WorkWiz is designed so you can go from a blank workspace to a fully organized project board in under five minutes. Follow the steps below to create your account, set up your workspace, and start getting things done.
Setup steps
- 1Create your account
Head to the sign-up page and enter your name, email address, and a secure password (minimum 10 characters). Click Create account — a verification email will be sent to you immediately. Open it and click the link to activate your account before signing in.
- 2Set up your workspace
Give your workspace a name that reflects your business or team (e.g. "Acme Studio" or "My Freelance Work"). Then head to Settings → General to set your timezone — this ensures due dates, reminders, and the Planner view all display times correctly for your location.
- 3Create your first project
Navigate to the Projects page from the sidebar and click New Project. Enter a project name, set an initial status (e.g. "In Progress"), and choose a priority level. You can also assign a client and a due date at this stage, or come back to those details later.
- 4Add tasks
Open your new project or go to the global Tasks page and click + New Task. Fill in the task title, then set a priority (Low / Medium / High / Urgent), a due date, and an energy level so the AI Co-pilot can schedule it appropriately. Tasks can also be assigned to team members if you're working collaboratively.
- 5Explore the AI Co-pilot
Click the assistant icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, or navigate directly to
workwiz.space/assistant. Ask WorkWiz to help plan your week, break a goal into tasks, or summarize recent project activity. The more context you give it, the more useful its suggestions become.
Signing in
To sign in to an existing WorkWiz account, go to workwiz.space/login and enter your credentials. The login form accepts the following fields:
